A Visit to Tamarack Nature Center

Despite the events that occurred the last time I visited Tamarack Nature Center (resulting in a stitch in my forehead), I was happy to return and play in the natural play area.

I spent most of my time playing in sand and water, but I did take a few minutes to build with some sticks. 

After a while, Mom had had enough of running after me, and she decided we should go for a walk together on one of the nature trails.

We came across this brightly colored fungus in the woods.

Then we found beautiful wildflowers and grasses in a field on the edge of the woods.
